No, we don't recommend wearing your 3ATM-rated smartwatch while swimming. The 3ATM (30 meters) water resistance rating protects your watch against accidental splashes, brief rain exposure, and hand washing, but it isn't designed for swimming or other water sports.

For swimming, we recommend watches with at least a 5ATM (50 meters) water resistance rating. If you're looking for a swimming-compatible smartwatch, please check our other models with higher water resistance ratings, which we hope to have available soon.
